Theft. . I stayed here one night. After I checked out I left my bags in the "secure" locked room and was given a token. I went for 2 hours and had lunch. When I went to collect my bags, 1 of the 3 was missing. I found it strange and unlike any other hotel that rather than an employee give me my bag they actually invite the guest in to pick out their bags... So I went in and only saw 2 bags. What has ensued since then is a calamity of errors and a perfect textbook lesson on poor hospitality and management. I was left sitting for over an hour in reception with no updates. I had to keep chasing them. No courtesy, not so much as an offer of a cup of coffee. I had 2 kids under 6 with me and one napping on my lap so I couldn't move. Eventually I had to go after being ignored for an hour. Since then I have had to constantly call them for updates as even if they say they'll call back in 15 mins with some answers they never do. 4 hours ago, approx 5.30pm I was told a guest had taken it and they were involving police and would keep me updated. I have not been updated. I have had to keep calling and chasing them. I can't find any complaints policy or email on their website and they refuse to put me in touch with any senior management, so unfortunately here we are, publicly.
Now they're saying they have the bag but it will take 4 hours to get it to me. I offered to go down there. Then they said they don't actually have it, but they will have it in about 4 hours... They won't share any information about the police or what's happening. The police haven't contacted me at all. They won't tell me where the bag actually is. It honestly feels like they're protecting someone else here, or not sharing any information with me. The duty manager Lana is just repeating the line that she can't tell me anything or that she knows nothing until an investigation is complete and that it's for senior management to tell me..

كانت اقامة ممتعة جدا والموقع متميز على الشاطئين الفندق و الشاطئ قضيناء الاقامة بالتجول ب. تم استقبالي امام المدخل واخذوا الحقائب و السيارة بكل اتقان و كانت الاجراءات سريعة و الغرفة نظيفة والاطلالة روعة
اعجبني الافطار وتنوع الاطعمة و رغم الزحمة على الافطار كان الموظفين خدومين. ماء الشرب في الغرفة عبارة عن زجاجات معاد تعبئتها وطعمها غير جيد انصح الفندق بوضع زجاجات محكمة الاغلاق للاستخدام مرة واحدة.
